The working visit of the President of Georgia in the Republic of Turkey has started today. Giorgi Margvelashvili will participate in the World Economic Forum that will be held in Istanbul on September 28-29, reports GHN.
In the frame of the forum the President will deliver a speech on the theme "European Union, its neighborhood and beyond". The President will also held bilateral meetings with the Presidents of Turkey and Kirgizstan, with the President of Economic Forum, with BSEC Secretary General of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Traditional Economic Forum is held annually and leaders and political experts, also representatives of business circles participate in. Participants of the forum will share experience not only about important issues of economics, but also about current events of the world and in the region. The aim of the forum is discovery of new sources of long term growth of economics and untapped resources on state and regional level that in turn will help to increase competitiveness.
