Russian President Dmitry Medvedev delivered a speech at an official opening ceremony of the 14th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday.
Many Russian and foreign participants in the forum held several round-table meetings on Thursday.
On Friday, they met for a general plenary meeting devoted to the condition of world economy. The forum plenary meeting will be held under the motto "We Have Changed".
