Russia recognizes these agreements, but is ready to take action in response, if it (the full entry into force of the agreement) shall be in violation of agreements reached earlier," Peskov said.
As reported by Ukrinform, President Petro Poroshenko in an interview with Olha Herasymiuk on air of the "1+1" TV program explained that the postponement of the economic part of the Association Agreement with the EU is actually advantageous for Ukraine, because in this way, the state is able to export without customs duties and import - preserving internal fees.
According to to the head of state, the Association shall take effect in full from November 1, 2014, and the matter does not concern any exceptions or postponment.
