The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili expressed his interest towards the situation caused by disaster in the west of Georgia and was informed about the scale of damage by the members of minister cabinet, reports GHN based on the Press Service of Prime Minister.
According to the deputy minister of regional development and infrastructure Giorgi Koberidze the task force established with the instruction of the Prime Minister works for 24 hours a day. Work of the task force is coordinated by the secretary of state security and crisis management council Mindia Janelidze. Members of the minister cabinet are in disaster area to see the situation on the spot.
The prime minister received information on the situation after the disaster at the working meeting held in the government administration where the budget project of 2015 was discussed.
