Today, in the Administration of the Government State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Alex Petriashvili met Lithuanian expert Klaudijus Maniokas, reports GHN based on the Ministry of European and Euro Atlantic Integration.
The Lithuanian expert visited Georgia in the framework of a project funded by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, relating to support Georgia and the Republic of Moldova in the implementation process of EU-Georgia Association Agreement. Visit of high-level experts from the Republic of Lithuania to Georgia is planned under the project envisaging technical assistance and consultations in the AA implementation process.
"We attach great importance to the work with the EU experts in terms of the implementation of the Association Agreement and coordination of the Association Agenda. Therefore, the meeting with the Lithuanian expert was very productive, who will work to enhance the level of interagency coordination and to timely implement the Association Agenda and the National Action Plan," stated Alex Petriashvili after the meeting.
