During the last day, transfer of units of the 76th landing-assault division of the Air Forces of Russia was fixed near the city of Stakhanov, Luhansk region, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
"Russian paratroopers are moving by groups of up to 10 people on special vehicles. During the previous day, the activity of Russian EW plants is recorded in the area that jammed mobile communications," a statement reads.
