On the 1st of October 2014, the Georgian Foreign Minister, Ms Maia Panjikidze met the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Georgia, Mr Zeki Levent Gümrükçü, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sides discussed current issues relating to bilateral co-operation positively appraising the meeting held between the Georgian Prime Minister, Mr Irakli Garibashvili and the Turkish President, Mr Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Discussions also focused on the situation in Georgia's occupied regions.
