The meeting held between Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and the World Bank delegation. The meeting was devoted to the inclusive development related issues, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Economics and Sustainable Development.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Ministers of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and other high officials. The World Bank delegation was headed by Henry Keral, World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus and Mona Prasad, Senior Economist at The World Bank.
The sides discussed a number of priority directions, including the management strategy of the enterprises of state property, unifying financial reports and the monitoring process.
The sides also discussed the projects implemented by the World Bank in Georgia, including the Pension reforms, in particular, plan for the pensions reforms and its implementation.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Vice Prime Minister of Georgia thanked the World Bank delegation for meeting and expressed his hope for future fruitful and successful co-operation with the above-mentioned International Finance Organization.
