NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg considers that for the cease-fire regime in eastern part of Ukraine Russia has to have influence of rebels in the region, stated Secretary General in an interview with "Reuters", reports GHN.
"Russia violated norms of international law, violated international obligation and territorial integrity of Ukraine," stated Stoltenberg.
As he said Russia have "to use its influence" over rebels "them to defend the regime of cease-fire and change their actions."
