The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has increased the number of observers in Luhansk and Donetsk regions to 92 people. There are plans to increase the staff of the mission in the east of the country by another 40 people, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis said this at a briefing on Wednesday.
"On October 6, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission increased its presence in Luhansk and Donetsk regions to 92 observers. About 40 new members of the Special Monitoring Mission are expected to arrive in Ukraine next week," he said.
