The Cabinet of Minister discussed the amendments to the law on government structure, authority and activities, which means that some changes should be expected in the government soon.

The senior officials have also confirmed that there will be some changes, but refused to specify what would be changed. The president`s parliamentary secretary, Gia Khuroshvili has said the consultations around the amendments had been already launched and the decision would be announced in a few days. The amended law will be submitted to parliament for adoption.

`Considering the priorities which the government of Georgia has today, there is a necessity of structural modification in the government. In this regard, we are holding consultations and after finishing the work on the draft law, we shall officially announce the changes,` Giorgi Khuroshvili said.
