New "militant" groups are formed in the "LPR," which will protect the local population against Russian Cossacks.
Coordinator of the Information Resistance group Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on his Facebook page.
"In the settlement of Perevalsk, Luhansk region, a group of militants is formed, called to protect the local population against Russian Cossacks," a statement reads.
According to live data of the Information Resistance group, road blocks are being arranged and patrols organized in the city.
