Russian Cossacks, who control Antratsyt, banned for local residents to move by cars in the city.
Head of the Information Resistance group Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook about this.
"In the settlement of Antratsyt, a ban is introduced for movement of private transport. This decision was taken by Russian Cossacks, who announced themselves the local "power," Tymchuk wrote.
