Patriarch of Georgia, Archbishop of Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Metropolitan of Bitchvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia Ilia II together with the members of delegation travelled to Cyprus, reports GHN.
Before the departure Patriarch did not make comment to the journalists.
As the head of foreign affairs of Patriarchy Bishop Gerasime stated the visit will last till October 22. As he said in the frame of the visit Ilia II will meet representatives of Georgian diaspora. Besides Patriarch will visit Ghalia Georgian monastery.
