Russian-terrorist forces pull band groups and technology to Debaltseve.
Head of the Information Resistance group Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook.
"Russian-terrorist forces continue accumulation of forces near Debaltseve. On the line of Horlivka and Nikishyne, the number of band formations exceeded 3,000 persons, up to 2/3 of armored vehicles and artillery available with the "DPR" were also redeployed there," Tymchuk wrote.
