Because of not proper reaction on the aggression in Crimea and Donbas the President of Russia Vladimer Putin chooses new target that can be not only Ukraine but also Baltic countries, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kazakhstan, stated one of the leaders of Russian opposition Gari Kasparov while talking with "Radio Freedom," reports GHN.
"It is possible that someone in the west agrees with annexation of Crimea. But I don't think that we can see western states to recognize this. Of course may be there are western politicians who are ready to do it considering their interest and political cowardice. We already went through this in 1938. The result of such kind of aggression will be not falling of regime of Putin but next aggression," states Kasparov.
Kasparov considers that looking for any kind of compromise is encouraging of aggression.
"If they would respond properly on Crimea it would be possible to avoid Donbas... in my opinion right now Putin is looking around and is choosing next target. There is no doubt that he has big choice for next attack - Baltic countries, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kazakhstan," stated Kasparov.
