The officers of Old Tbilisi Police Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Archil A. (DoB 1986) for illegal purchase and keeping of psychoactive substance in large quantities, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the searching activity of the detainee's house police seized 134,79gr of the drug which according to the results of expertise contains new psychoactive substance. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase and keeping of psychoactive substance, article 260, I part of the Criminal Code.
