The chairman of Committee of Protection of Human Rights Eka Beselia states that the government is working on improving those flaws that is left in the constitution by former government, stated Beselia after the conference held in Tbilisi Marriott, reports GHN.
"The country which is Parliamentary Republic and main role has Parliament after this government that is executive organ of decisions; President is equipped with symbolic powers. We are working in the frame of constitutional commission to make balance in the mess that is left by former government," stated Beselia.
About the balance between government branches and about flaws in active legislation the members of the Parliament talked with representatives of international organizations in "Tbilisi Marriot".
