Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili met the delegation of Honeywell Corporation. The main topic of the conversation was the investment environment and economic potential of Georgia.
The Prime Minister thanked the delegation of Honeywell for the visit and stated that investment projects of the US companies are especially welcomed in Georgia as the US is the strategic partner of Georgia, reports GHN based on press service of the Prime Minister.
The head of the government also informed the guests that Georgia offers them stable political situation and one of the best public services in the region, the level of corruption and criminal is very low in the country, taxation system is the simplest and the infrastructure is rapidly developing. Hydro energetic potential of Georgia was also mentioned at the meeting.
The meeting with the Prime Minister of Georgia was attended by the head and executive director of Honeywell David Cote, vice president of the corporation Mark James, Turkish and Central Asian regional president of the corporation Orhan Genis, communication vice president of the corporation and the president of sub company - Hometown Solutions of Honeywell Tom Buckmaster.
From the side of Georgia the meeting was attended by the vice premier, the minister of energy Kakha kaladze and deputy economic council Roman Tchkhenkeli.
