Observers of "International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy" (ISFED) observe elections in Ukraine, reports GHN.
In the frame of the ENEMO mission ISEFD has sent two long term and 8 short term observers in Ukraine.
Long term observers of ISFED were observing pre elections period in Ukraine.
Today ISFED observes Parliamentarian elections in Odessa, Lvov and Kiev.
ENEMO is net of European organizations where are united 21 organizations of 17 countries.
Organization on the mission while observing elections uses European standards for democratic and fair elections.
In Ukraine there is held Parliamentarian elections. The elections are held with mixed system - one part of deputies will be chosen with party list, and part with majority rule.
According to the law about "status of temporary occupied territories" on territories that are occupied by Russia - Crimea and Sevastopol elections will not be held; because of this fact in the Verkhovna Rada instead of 225 majority deputy will be chosen 198 deputies.
Because of combat actions in Eastern Ukraine the Parliamentarian elections will not be held in six from nine constituencies of Donetsk.
With the information of local media it should be elected 450 public deputies; among them 225 with party list.
In the election participates 29 parties.
