Yesterday it was legally determined with exact precision what is happening today in Georgia. Georgian President said today commenting the meeting of USA and Russian presidents. Saakashvili declared that very important official declarations were made during meeting of Russian and USA presidents.

"It was a first time when presidents described the presence of Russian forces on Georgian territory as an occupation and our regions as occupied regions of Georgia, "- Georgian President said.

He noted that such terminology is rarely used in international practice.

"Occupation as such denotes the exact legal consequences and it was very rarely used in international practice, as well very rare are such ruthless actions which Russia does in Georgia, "- He said and noted from now then, when the talks will touch the legal-political estimation "on the highest international level is was precisely determined that Georgia's case is an occupied country's case and Russian forces are an occupational army in Georgia."
