The Russian Emergencies Ministry is sending another column with "humanitarian aid" for the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ITAR-TASS has reported, citing the ministry's information department.
"It is planned that an automobile column with 'humanitarian aid' for the population of Donetsk and Luhansk regions will depart from Noginsk, near Moscow, today, at 15.00 Moscow time," reads the report.
According to preliminary reports, the column consists of 50 trucks.
