Georgia strictly condemns the terrorist act carried out at the military checkpoint in the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt on the 24th of October 2014 that claimed the lives of dozens of soldiers.
The Georgian Foreign Ministry conveys its condolences to the Government of Egypt, Egyptian people and families of the terrorism victims; and expresses its strong support for Egyptian people's strivings to build democratic and developed country, as well as for the Egyptian Government's efforts to establish security and stability in the country.
