The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-searching activities detained Nukri Makharadze (DoB 1976) who is suspected of murdering the citizen of Iran, Husein Khalilzade on the basis of conflict, which took place in vicinities of the circus on June 23, 2010.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty. Investigation is conducted by the officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
