In May, 2015 in Tbilisi the annual meeting and business forum of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will be held, the participants of which will be the governors of EBRD, the representatives of business and international organizations, - this was noted at the meeting of governmental commission for annual meeting organizing, reports GHN based on press service of the Prime Minister.
The members of the commission informed Irakli Garibashvili about the current organizational works.
Different organizational issues were discussed at the meeting, in order to host an international meeting at a high level in Georgia.
"Such a large-scale meeting has not been held, not only in Georgia, but in whole Caucasus region. This is an extremely important event which will raise the issue of the Georgia's achievements during last years, during last period". Today an interesting meeting was held, we discussed organizational issues. We are grateful for the attention of Government of Georgia regarding this event and we are sure that the annual meeting will be held on a highest level", - stated EBRD Caucasus, Moldova and Belarus representatives Director, Bruno Balvanera, after the meeting.
The decision to hold 2015 EBRD annual meeting in Tbilisi was made by the European Bank Reconstruction and Development Board of Governors. The statement on this was made by EBRD President within Davos business forum, during the meeting with Prime-Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.
The commission meeting was attended by the EBRD Caucasus, Moldova and Belarus representatives Director Bruno Balvanera, City Mayor - Davit Narmania, the members of the Cabinet of Ministers and Government Administration representatives.
