Ramaz Sakvarelidze, political scientist welcomes changes made in the government. He said this can be named a rotation, this was presupposed by necessity of novelties and new energy in different bodies.
"I can not say that new political figures entered the arena and they have sharply determined political pulse. Such pulse is difficult to recognize in people coming to the power as a result of changes. There is high demand for novelty, new energy, for instance. Generally changes are necessary everywhere, and no need to look for the hidden reasons. If a change will not cause destruction, let it be. We can say this is a rotation, "- Sakvarelidze said.
We remind you that today the structural changes have been made. Economic Development Ministry is renamed by Economic and Stable Development ministry under Vera Qobalia administering. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, chairman of Roads Department replaced Davit Tkeshelashvili, State Minister in Regional and Infrastructure Development. Tkeshelashvili himself is appointed as a head of President's Administration, his deputy will be Irma Nadirashvili, journalist. Culture ministry was parted. The Sport's Department will be detached from the Ministry of Culture as a separate ministerial body it will be headed by Lado Vardzelashvili, former President's representative in Shida Qartli. Tornike Gordadze is appointed as a Deputy Foreign Minister.
