John McCain speaks about the need to reduce dependence on Russia in the field of space. As American senator says the government of USA still can't realize that there is need of rackets of local production to perform space missions, reports GHN.
"We still can not overcome the problem that is preventing us from cosmic development. NASA is still depended on Russian engines," stated McCain in the air of "Fox News."
American senator responded to the crash of American space shuttle SpaceShipTwo and racket Antares last week.
The reason of the crash of space shuttles was named not proper working of Russian engines.
