The speaker of the Parliament Davit Usupashvili shares the assessments of the statement of US State Department and states that in near future everything will be clear.
"I really don't think that events developed in Georgia looks like Ukraine. I want to say that the fact that happened was not desired and our friends in US openly and friendly mark that we have to deal with such kind of issues in a better way. It is impossible not to agree with our friends, colleagues from Washington and from other countries who observe the events developed in Georgia during last days. It was supported by the statements, question-answers and reactions that are not good for the country, but I am sure that in several days and in several weeks everything will be clear," stated Usupashvili.
Washington responds to the political events developed in Georgia. The special announcement was made by the representative of state department Jen Psaki. She expressed concern about massive dismissal of the Ministers and called on the sides to take care of stability and democracy of the country, reports GHN. "On the background of instability and economic problems in the region it is the interest of Georgia to demonstrate loyalty to stability, unity and democratic values. At the same time once again we call on the government of Georgia to resolve doubts that court system is used for the political aims," states Psaki.
