OSCE observers confirm the movement of military techniques in Ukraine. Nearly 40 tracks and tankers are seen in the region of Donetsk and Makeevka that is controlled by separatists, reports GHN.
With the statement of OSCE the cars have no identification marks however they look like Russian military techniques. About entry of Russian military techniques in Eastern Ukraine yesterday stated national council of defense and security of Ukraine, NATO confirmed that there is seen concentration of Russian military techniques on the border of Russia and Ukraine.
