The former State Minister of European and Euro Atlantic Integration Alex Patriashvili calls the accusation of the Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili unfounded and not serious. As Petriashvili stated while talking with GHN the Premier knows very well who what kind of contribution has in the integration of the country in Euro Atlantic structures, reports GHN.
"This is absolutely unfounded, not serious statement. It is not serious and everyone knows very well, international partners and Georgian society, that it has no connection with reality. If the Prime Minister had any kind of basis regarding this information during last two years we didn't have problems to talk to him about and I respect these two years. Irakli Alasania, Maia Panjikidze, Davit Zalkaniani and also I have big contribution in foreign politics and this contribution is big and also decisive. The fact that Georgia stands firmly of the way of reforms and success that achieved the country during two years is the part of our agenda and part of our conversations," stated Patriashvili. On the question of GHN what was the aim of the Premier answers:
"May be in the statement of the Premier there is seen more nuisance, attempt of revenge. The Premier knows very well who what kind of contribution had in the the integration in European and Euro Atlantic structures as it is today," stated Patriashvili while talking to GHN.
With the statement of Irakli GAribashvili the fact that in America and Europe there are still questions about issue that processes in Georgia are motivated politically is directly connected to the activity of former Ministers. As Garibashvili explained the former Minister of Defense while his visit in Europe and America was estimating activity of former President Mikheil Saakashvili positively and was not talking about those negative things that was going on in Georgia during last nine years.
"During these two years you all know that there is still impression in Europe and America that here takes place political chase and that we have selective justice. I want to state that when Irakli Alasania was visiting Europe, America he was clearly making statement that the reforms of Saakashvili were exemplary and that we have to be based on. It means that he was not talking about those sadistic murders, torments, non human attitude, violation of human rights and of course it is natural that Maia Pakjikidze was doing the same. There is still wrong impression in Europe and America. It is clear and I have serious doubts that they were working purposely not to inform Europe and America about real things. I had questions and doubts concerning activity of Maia Panjikidze. Alasania stated clearly that Saakashvili reforms were exemplary and we have to be based on the course of Mikheil Saakashvili.
As the Premier said the fact that there are still questions in Europe and America regarding processes in Georgia is responsibility of Alasania, Panjikidze and Petriashvili.
"The fact that there are still questions is responsibility of Maia Panjikidze, Irakli Alazania and Petriashvili," stated the Premier.
