Heavy rain has inflicted several villages of Adigeni district last night. The situation is particularly grave in the villages of Bolajura and Enteli, where the rain was followed by hail. The disaster destroyed 80% of agricultural lands and fruit gardens. Locals say they have never seen such disaster in the region before.
The special governmental commission will count the damage and demand funds from the state budget to compensate the damage to locals and reconstruct damaged infrastructure in the region. It was the fourth hail in the region this summer.
