Alexander Rare, expert, political scientist Director of Researches in Foreign Policy for CIS Countries and Russia declared that it is possible that the military operations will be resumed in Karabakh However it is not likely that this happen. He takes as an example Georgia, he said that "nowadays the international community has much more important questions to decide then the Karabakh conflict is. Europe is interested the problem of Karabakh to be decided ever, but it takes no steps in this direction," - expert said.
He believes that this is a question of very distant future for Europe, it has own problems.
"Nobody is interested with Karabakh, the high and mighty are interested only with transportation corridors. At the same time the stability of a region in total is a main goal even for the expenses of just decisions," - Rare said. He noted that now the question of Nabuko is decided and this is very important for Europe, it needs good relations with Azerbaijan. "But Russia plays in both directions because it does not wish to give up out of control transportation corridors construction, "- Rare said.
He believes that resumption of military conflicts between Azerbaijan and Armenia is possible; however it is less likely to happen again. "I think that the militaristic declarations are more a testing of the reaction of international community. In case if someone plans this in Azerbaijan, nothing will be gained. For instance the isolation of Georgia is enough example for this, "- Rare said.
We remind you that on June 19 the situation in Karabakh was strained again. A clash happens between Azerbaijani and Armenian side.
