There is a non-stop democratic development in Georgia, says the report of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) published on the official website of the Council .
"Despite the war and other problems there is a non-stop democratic development in Georgia," the report by Castriot Islam and Michael Jensen says.
According to them, they welcome the second wave of democracy in Georgia, started after the war. "However, all changes should be implemented through consensus and they should not be imposed by a dominating political party," the authors of the report say.
Jensen and Islam visited Georgia in March. They will still arrive in Georgia after the summer.
