Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
"Ukrainian military fixed constant movement of Russian military equipment with the terrorist labels to the boundary line. Concentration of Russian military units (including anti-aircraft defense units, aviation brigades) continues along the Ukrainian-Russian border," he said.
