Women, village doctors, pedagogues and the personel of the Tbilisi metropoliten will be lifted a restruction to serve in the reserve forces according to the amendments, which the parliamentary committees are discussing today.
The same draft amendment says that the students, who served in reserve forces in 2007-2008, will not be obliged to serve again. Those who refuse to serve in the reserve forces, will have to perform 60 day alternative public work.
Drafting of women to reserve will not be obligatory, neither will it be restricted as it was so far.
