On the 17th of November 2014, the Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) member countries took a decision to start negotiations on the free trade with Georgia within a timeframe to be agreed upon, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Georgian side considers the aforesaid decision to be yet another important step towards the implementation of the Association Agreement, including Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), taken with a view to further liberalizing trade-economic relations of our country.
