Kiev tries to destroy Donbas socially and economically, stated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, reports GHN.
"Unfortunately instead of dialogue with them, who doesn't recognize coup in Ukraine, Kiev took the course to the elimination of Southern-Eastern regions that also creates threat of attempt to solve the crisis using force. Western partners of Kiev have also to realize it. One more time want to call Kiev on to begin internal political dialogue," stated Lavrov.
Kiev stopped social aid in Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are controlled by separatists on November 15. Also there is stopped service of bank and budget organizations.
