Russia is ready to become a guaranty for non-use of force in South Caucasus. Russian Foreign minister Sergey Lavrov declared this at the UN Assembly General.
"We decided to make every effort to restrict in South Caucasus repeating of the violent scenarios. This was a case in 2008, "- Lavrov said.
At the same time Lavrov called Georgian Republic to conclude an agreement with occupied regions - S.O. and Abkhazia about non violence.
